I'm trying to find the humor in all this, and this report provides it: "Microsoft acknowledges that the instructions for updating aren't exactly credit card-size." :)
Further: "BlackBerry Pearl user (user name not published here, in Erica's report linked below) said in an e-mail interview that when she received the patch from her carrier, she initially thought it was junk mail. Nonetheless, she installed the software." Yes, the kind of users we all have, and love to have! :)
