Microsoft has released Update Rollup 3 for Exchange Server 2007 (KB935999). This update comes about 7 weeks after the previous one. It has fixes for 6 issues, mostly minor ones, listed in KBA 935999.
The update is available for both 64-bit (x64) and 32-bit (x86) systems.
